Arrive before the guests and add your personal touches…. decorations, games, flowers, center pieces, even a fancy cake.  Add tea time treats or a scrumptious lunch.  Choose a tea package....

Option 1.   Simplici-Tea Basic Package $595 – Venue set up + coffee & tea 

We provide:

• Cream colored cloth table linens and white napkins as needed
• Hot coffee/Hot tea or iced tea (in season)
• Cups/glasses as needed
• Beverage condiments
• Inside rest rooms (not handicapped accessible – but alert us to special needs) 
• Trash bags/Trash disposal

Option 2.  Tea Thyme $595 + $22.50 per person for refreshments

Simplici-Tea Basic Package plus buffet service of cook’s choice, seasonal, chilled, light, finger food refreshments (Mini sandwiches. Seasonal salad.  Fresh fruit and cheese.  Desserts.)  Serving utensils, plates/cutlery as needed.  Minimum 12. 

Option 3.  Catered to a Tea $595 + cost of selected catered menu

Simplici-Tea Basic Package plus professional catering. 

Want to provide lunch for your guests? Our house preferred caterer can help you plan a menu that suits you to a tea!  They will also provide table setting, cutlery, glasses etc. as needed. 

Option 4.   Do It Yourself Catering $595 + your costs

Simplici-Tea Basic Package plus DIY catering.

• Provide your own refreshments - anything from just a decorated, shower theme cake to a full lunch.    
• All foods you bring must be fully cooked and table ready.
• A table will be provided for buffet service.
• With regret, there is no prep space, refrigeration, cooking, reheating or keeping warm. 

You provide:

• Decorated cake/food/other desserts
• Serving dishes & utensils
• Cold beverages, if desired Cups for cold beverages, if needed
• Table decorations
• Paper plates/Paper napkins/Disposable eating utensils
• Clean up

The Fine Print 

• Tax is additional.
• Prices and offerings are subject to change without notice. 
• With regret, there is no credit or allowance for unused or undesired package parts.
• In accordance with Virginia law, no one under 21 years of age may taste, sip or drink alcohol even with parental/guardian permission.
• We do not cook with, serve or provide artificial sweeteners.
• Tea Thyme treats are light refreshments and should not be considered lunch.
• All shower activities including arrivals, any decorating or set up shall be begin and end during the reserved time.   With regret, no early arrivals or late departures.
• Want more time?   No problem!   If you would like additional time either before or after the package time, we are happy to offer extended time by prior reservation for an additional fee.  Please make your requests, if any, when making your original reservations.  Extra hours - $250 per hour by prior reservation and payment, only.
• A non refundable deposit of $300 is required to make a reservation. 
• With regret, no reservations are made without a deposit.  Requesting a date without a deposit does not reserve the date. 
• The balance is due 4 weeks before the shower.
• Payment in full is required when reserving a tea 4 weeks in advance or less.  
• The number count of people includes the host, guests, the guest of honor and any children.
• A Cheesecake Farms representative will be on site during the tea but is not an event planner and will not plan games, activities or act as host.
• All professional caterers must present us with their current license and proof of insurance 4 weeks prior to your shower.  
• Rest rooms in the Mane House and Barn are not wheel chair accessible.  Please advise if guests require wheel chair accommodations.  Arrangements can be made for their comfort.

Cancellations

• 4 weeks before the shower – Full refund less the $300 deposit.
• Less than 4 weeks before the tea – No refund.

In the unlikely event that Cheesecake Farms or its assigns has to cancel your tea for whatever reason, you will receive a complete refund for the venue only (including your deposit) which will be the full extent our liability.
