Six Easy Steps to Arranging Your Class
1. Choose the class your group would like to attend.
2. Get a group of 10 people together. (Have a one or two on a waiting list in case of cancellations.)
3. Pick a date and time for your group of ten class. (Have several alternates in mind as our dates fill up quickly.)
4. Contact us by phone or email and reserve the date.
5. Collect payments from the ten members of your group.
6. Send 1 check for $367.50 to:

Call 540-439-2188 If we're away from the phone, leave a call back number and the best time to reach you and we'll return your call.
We accept Mastercard, Visa and AmExpress.
Payment in full (either by check or credit card) must be received at least 15 (fifteen) business days (that's 3 weeks) before your class to confirm the date. If payment is not received, the date is not confirmed. Partial payments are not accepted and, if sent, do not confirm the class or hold your date open.

We have plenty of parking.
Doors open one half hour before the scheduled class for coffee and socializing. Classes run approximately 1 1/2 hours which includes time for sampling the foods prepared and shopping for Cheesecake Farms merchandise.
We accept individual checks and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and AmExpress) for on site purchases.
Cheesecake Farms is a real farm. We have gravel roads, lots of grass and when it rains, there's mud so wear shoes that can take the terrain.
Our classroom and kitchen are easy access on one level but not completely barrier free. Call regarding specifics, if required.

Cancellation Policy
Group Cancellations - 10 business days or more before the day of your class.
Receive a full group refund or reschedule for a later date, as you prefer.
Rescheduling of your group needs to be within 6 months.
If you fail to reschedule within 6 months, we will return your money less 20% cancellation fee.
Group Cancellations - Less than 10 business days before the class.
Payment is not returned but you can reschedule your group class, once, within 6 months.
If you fail to reschedule within 6 months, the entire payment is forfeited with no further re-scheduling. To cancel a scheduled group class, call or email your cancellation. We will confirm the receipt of your cancellation. We are not responsible for messages we do not receive. If you leave an answering machine message or send an email and do not hear back from us within 24 hours confirming your cancellation, assume we did not receive your message.
We answer all emails and return all calls usually within 24 hours during normal business days.
Business days are Monday thru Friday.
Individual Cancellations
If someone in your group must cancel, a substitute may be sent in their place.
It is your responsibility to work out the individual financial details.
No refunds or rescheduling are given for individual cancellations or no shows within your group.
No Shows
If your group does not show up for a class without cancellation prior to the day of the class, your class fee is forfeited with no rescheduling.
Lateness If your group arrives late, the class is still conducted within your scheduled time and may be shortened to fit.
Individual members of your group arriving late will blend in with the class in progress.
