We offer farm style, garden to table cooking and seasonal fare that's hearty, home made and a little bit different.
Drive up past our barn to the main house where you'll enter the Cheesecake Farms kitchens on the lower level through the back gardens. Our cozy, fire place room awaits you offering seating for small groups, parties, meetings and receptions.
The fresh country air will peak your appetite so we'll treat you to Virginia style, farm cooking served in elegant Hunt Country style.
Whether your group needs a luncheon or just a coffee break, you can be sure we'll offer plenty of home style, country cuisine - with enough interest to tease even the most gourmet palate.
Prices include table covers and napery.

Whenever possible, we use local ingredients in our cooking and a lot of it comes from our own gardens.
You'll find much of our homey cuisine delightfully (and surprisingly!) vegetarian because we just love fresh spring greens, summer sweet produce and old fashioned, fall root vegetables.
If you prefer, we can make any menu completely vegetarian.
The sample menus provided here are intended to give you an idea of what you can expect.
All our yummy cuisine is seasonal and eclectic so it changes all the time!

Six Easy Steps to Arranging Your Meeting, Luncheon or Party
1. Get a group of at least 10 people together.
Got less than the minimum required?
Simply pay the difference and spread the cost over the number in your group.
2. Choose the menu.
3. Pick a date and time.
(Have several alternates in mind as our dates fill up quickly. Day time hours, only, please.)
4. Contact us by phone or email to reserve the date.

We accept Mastercard, Visa and AmExpress.
Payment in full (either by check or credit card) must be received at least one month before your event to confirm the date.
If payment is not received, the date is not confirmed.
Partial payments are not accepted and, if sent, do not confirm the event or hold your date open.
With regret, we can not bill you for payment after the event.
Be sure you have made arrangements with us before you send in your payment.

Helpful Information
Doors open one half hour before your scheduled event.
Cheesecake Farms is a real farm.
We have gravel roads, lots of grass and when it rains, there's mud so wear shoes that can take the terrain.
There's plenty of parking and there's plenty of space for bus access.

The Cheesecake Farms Garden Room and kitchen area is easy access on one level but not completely barrier free.

We have a nifty little gift shop for browsing and accept individual checks plus credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and AmExpress) for individual purchases.
While we are happy to accommodate food preferences but, with regret, can not offer meals for those with restricted or special dietary needs.

Cancellation Policy
Thirty days or more before the day of your event
Receive a full refund.
Less than thirty days before the day of you event
No refund.
How To Cancel
Call or email your cancellation.
We will confirm the receipt of your cancellation.
We answer all emails and return all calls usually within 24 hours during normal business days.
Business days are Monday thru Friday.
If you leave an answering machine message or send an email and do not hear back from us within 24 hours confirming your cancellation, assume we did not receive your message.
With regrets, we are not responsible for messages we do not receive.
Individual Cancellations
If someone in your group must cancel, a substitute may be sent in their place.
It is your responsibility to work out the individual financial details between them.
No refunds or rescheduling are given for individual cancellations or no shows within your group.
No Shows
If your group does not show up without advance notice and confirmation of cancellation, your entire fee is forfeited with no rescheduling.
Lateness
If your group arrives late, your event time may be shortened to remain within your scheduled time.
Individual members of your group arriving late will blend in with the event in progress.
