Shopping at Smith’s Antiques
Take a very short drive down Sumerduck Road to the fabulous Smith’s Antiques in our tiny village of Sumerduck.
See the three buildings that make up Smith’s Antiques where you’ll find tons of quality oak (and sometimes other wood) antique furniture, bric-a brac and what-nots. And, as if that wasn’t enough, see their nostalgic workshop which was once our old Sumerduck School House. Charming!
Owner Laura Smith and her staff (Laura is 2rd generation antique dealer/furniture magician) will welcome you for a morning (or longer!) of fine, antique oak shopping. They might even be able to offer insight into the history of their pieces… many of which were recovered from West Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and parts of the Shenandoah.
No room in your car to take home all your purchases? Want to buy a house full of Smith’s gorgeous antique oak? Laura can arrange delivery or shipping…anywhere… even internationally! All major credit cards accepted plus lay-away!!
1 PM to 3 PM
Shopping left you hungry???
Mosey on over to one (or several) of our wonderful, near-by, farm wineries for lunch.
Buy a glass (or a bottle!) of their wine, unpack your picnic & relax while you take in the beauty of the changing leaf colors as only fall in Virginia can bring.
