If you leave a message or send an email and do not hear back from us within 3 business days, we may not have received your message. Please contact us again.
With regret, we are not responsible for messages we have not received.
4. Send a deposit
A non - refundable deposit of $150 is required to book the date.
Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received. Only your deposit of $100 reserves your date.
For your convenience, we accept Mastercard/Visa and AmEx in addition to personal and company checks.

Once we receive your deposit, your reservation will be confirmed by email - usually within 24 hours.
5. Send the final payment
Payment in full (either by check or credit card) must be received at least one month before your event. If payment is not received, the date and deposit are both forfeited.
Partial payments are not accepted and, if sent, do not hold your date open.
If space is available and you are booking 30 days or less in advance of the event, payment in full is required to reserve the space.

Helpful Information
Be sure you have made arrangements with us before you advertise your event or send us your payment.
Reserving and extra space or two is often helpful. It allows for last minute registration and/or walk - ins.
Cheesecake Farms is a real farm. We have gravel roads, lots of grass and, when it rains, there's mud. Suggest that attendees wear shoes that can take the terrain.
There's plenty of parking and there's plenty of space for bus access.

Our seminar and workshop spaces are located on the lower level of the Mane House.
It's decorated in casual but lovely décor of pinks, greens and florals.
The Garden Room - seating for 24 at 6 round tables of 4
Work Shop Space - seating for about 10 around 1 large oval table
Lower Level Kitchen - comfortably hosts up to 10 for demos or hands on work
A lectern is available for use. Please bring your own audio/visual equipment and materials.
Our facility is easy access in some areas but not completely barrier free. Call for specifics, if required.
We have a nice little gift shop for browsing and accept individual checks plus credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and AmExpress) for individual purchases.
With regret, we are not able to provide food for those with special dietary restrictions.
Your attendees, who have special food needs, are welcome to bring food suitable to their own requirements. We can provide refrigeration for them, if necessary. Microwave heating of their food is available but no other cooking. Sorry, there is no food credit for attendees who bring their own food.
Out sourced caterers and food service are not permitted.
Prices are subject to change without notice but all scheduled events will receive the contracted prices.

Event Cancellation Policy
Refunds Thirty days or more before the day of your event Receive a full refund less the $150 deposit.
Less than thirty days before the day of you event No refund.
In the unlikely event that Cheesecake Farms must cancel your event for whatever reason and at whatever time, you will receive a full refund including your deposit.
How To Cancel Call or email the cancellation of your event.
We will confirm the receipt of your cancellation. We answer all emails and return all calls usually within 24 hours during normal business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday.
If you leave an answering machine message or send an email and do not hear back from us within 24 hours confirming your cancellation, assume we did not receive your message. With regrets, we are not responsible for messages we do not receive.
Individual Cancellations
We do not issue any individual refunds. It is your responsibility to handle cancellations within your group.
No Shows If your group does not show up without advance notice and confirmation of cancellation, your entire fee is forfeited. Individuals not showing up for your event are subject to your no show policy.
Lateness If your group arrives late, your event time may be shortened to remain within your scheduled time.
Individual members of your group arriving late will blend in with the event in progress.
Restrictions
Only legal, age appropriate activities are permitted. Activities must be confined to the space you've reserved and be concluded by the time specified. Your set up and take down must take place within your allotted time.
Cheesecake Farms and its assigns reserve the right to suspend any event that is not conducted in an appropriate and/or professional manner or whose focus and purpose were misrepresented. If it becomes necessary to suspend an event, there is no refund. Suspension will also include additional scheduled events, if any.
